Currently all x402 facilitators are centralized.
If you self host a x402 facilitator on EigenCloud or any other secure TEEs you get "verifiable execution".
If you extend it to a multi-operator quorum - you'll get censorship resistance.
But always remember that TEEs are prone to hardware-related exploits.
