Android: Search for "OKX Wallet: Crypto & Web3" on Google Play, or visit the OKX Wallet website at https://web3.okx.com/zh-hans/download to download manually.
iOS: Search for "OKX Wallet: Crypto & Web3" on the App Store using an Apple ID from a supported region. If the app appears, tap to download and install it. If it doesn't show up, the app isn't available in your region yet — we're continuously expanding to more regions and appreciate your patience.
Note:
The official iOS app developer is "OKX Technology Inc." Any other developer name indicates a counterfeit app — please verify before downloading to avoid asset loss.
If you've created a wallet, make sure to back up your seed phrase and private key before updating or uninstalling the app. If lost, your wallet assets can't be recovered. To export: tap the Main menu in the home screen > Wallet Management > Manage Wallet > Backup Wallet, select the wallet you want to back up, then follow the steps to complete.
If you have an MPC Wallet, before updating or uninstalling the app, please confirm the following:
① The exchange account linked to your MPC Wallet can be logged in normally.
② You remember your cloud backup password. If you forget it, you won't be able to restore your MPC Wallet from the cloud. We recommend saving your cloud backup password in a secure location.
